Gitgit is name of village in the south of Singaraja, which has some waterfalls and fresh air. From Denpasar you can go to Singaraja direction, after Bedugul, only 30 minutes up and down. There are few waterfalls I've been, the first one from Denpasar direction is Campuhan or twin gitgit waterfalls. Need to pay for parking and 1$ for entrance ticket. If some local offering to be a guide, don't use it, they will give you crazy price. Anyway the path is only one, so you don't need guide for sure. From parking area need to walking down, and there will be a bridge in the middle of two waterfalls. Better if you choose the left side first, walk beside the river and this is it! Twin falls with big pool. And also there is a root to swing like a Tarzan, nice to try :)

After that you can go down to the other waterfall. This one is higher and has nice rock pattern.
From here you can go the another waterfall, just walking down, follow the path and when you find a bridge, turn left. Here is my favorite one in Gitgit area. This one also possible to enter from another parking area, with the sign "Cascade Gitgit Waterfall", second sign from Denpasar direction and need to pay for donation. On the way to the waterfall from the bridge is very nice, many small falls and I think it's possible for sliding or kayaking.

Another waterfall is Gitgit waterfall, the highest one in this area. You can go from the main road with sign "Gitgit Waterfalls", from the parking area need to walk down, and pay 5000 IDR for the ticket and then walk again. This waterfall is high but for me nothing special, can try to walk to another waterfall (Colek Pamor) from here, there is a small sign near the bridge.
Excuse my bad pictures quality. Those was taken by camera pocket i had few years ago. Anyway, better to see bad picture but good in reality, right?
